1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is also the website owner, whose full details are given in the Legal Notice.
2. Processed data, object and retention periods
2.1 Processed data: When contacting or requesting information from the owner, a series of data must be provided by filling in the available forms, which shall specify the details that are of a compulsory nature.
When browsing the website, you may provide data such as the IP address provided by your supplier, or certain social media profiles associated with the users.
2.2 Object: The contact email or telephone number provided shall be used to give effective answers to the questions raised.
2.3 Retention: The data shall be processed in order to manage the response or request for information, and shall be deleted once this process is complete.
3. Exercise of rights
All persons are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether the personal data concerning them are being processed or not. Interested persons are entitled to access their personal data, as well as request the correction of any imprecise details, or, where appropriate, request their elimination when, in addition to other reasons, the data are no longer required for the purpose they were collected.

The legal grounds for processing the data provided are the consent granted by users for processing their personal data for one or more specific purposes, as well as to meet the legitimate interests of the data controller. Consent may always be revoked at any time.

The data shall not be transferred and no international transfers shall be made.
